Rayleigh and Wickford MP, Mark Francois, joined literally thousands of his constituents recently, in turning out to support the 100th annual Wickford Carnival, as it progressed from Runwell, through the town, along Wickford High Street, to finish up at the recreation grounds, off Nevendon Road.
