MP praises medical heroes at ‘the Millies’

Rayleigh and Wickford MP, Mark Francois, recently praised medical staff from the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre at Headley Court, when he met them whilst attending the Sun’s Military Awards (“the Millies”) at the Imperial War Museum in London.

Rayleigh and Wickford MP, Mark Francois, was on hand along with other Ministers, Peers and Members of Parliament to welcome home soldiers of Twelve Mechanised Brigade when they paid a visit to the Houses of Parliament, following their recent homecoming from Afghanistan.

Defence Minister pays his respects at National Memorial Arboretum

Mark Francois, MP for Rayleigh and Wickford, recently travelled to the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire, in his capacity as Minister of State for Defence Personnel, Welfare and Veterans, to lay a wreath and pay his respects to all those servicemen and women who have given their lives in the service of their country since World War Two.
