Rayleigh and Wickford MP and Armed Forces Minister, Mark Francois spent time aboard HMS Cavalier, the last surviving Royal Navy Destroyer from the Second World War, when he recently visited the historic dockyard at Chatham in Kent.
Rayleigh and Wickford MP and Armed Forces Minister, Mark Francois recently paid a visit to the home of the Royal Engineers in Chatham, Kent, where he had a chance to get out on the River Medway with the Royal Engineers Maritime Unit.

Rayleigh and Wickford MP, Mark Francois, recently praised medical staff from the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre at Headley Court, when he met them whilst attending the Sun’s Military Awards (“the Millies”) at the Imperial War Museum in London.
Rayleigh and Wickford MP, Mark Francois, was on hand along with other Ministers, Peers and Members of Parliament to welcome home soldiers of Twelve Mechanised Brigade when they paid a visit to the Houses of Parliament, following their recent homecoming from Afghanistan.
Mark Francois, MP for Rayleigh and Wickford, was recently joined by Olympic Bronze Medalist, Beth Tweddle, to perform the official opening of the £27 million Battle Back Centre at Lilleshall, in Staffordshire.
Mark Francois, MP for Rayleigh and Wickford, recently participated in the Industry and Parliament Trust (IPT) 24 hour charity cycle ride which was held on a stationary exercise bike in the Houses of Parliament to raise money for The Poppy Factory.
